Friday, March 27th at Thorpe

MAD SCIENCE

Thanks to the generosity of our Thorpe PTA, all students enjoyed an exciting Mad Science educational program on Friday, March 27th.

It was an interactive show with fascinating science demonstrations with air pressure, fire, bubbling potions, and more. They explored observations and hypotheses, and watched experiments conducted with “Eggbert”, an animated egg that can’t fit into his house. They saw how a magician makes fire appear and disappear and then be mesmerized by ice that doesn't melt.
